Fitness Classes

Soon you will need an annual membership card to gain access to the Biggers Building. This is being done to improve the safety of the building and to allow us to better monitor who is in the building at all times.

Dance Aerobics - combines exercise and easy to follow dance moves set to fun music. Burn calories while increasing strength and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome!
M/T/TH/F 9:00 a.m.
$96 for 12 weeks, 4 times per week
T/TH 5:30 p.m.
$75 for 12 weeks, 2 times per week

Senior Fitness - designed for older adults and focuses on improving aerobic fitness, increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility.
M/W/F 9:30–10:15 a.m.
$48/month for 3 times per week
*Senior Fitness will not be held the week of August 18th.

Stretch and Strengthen - classic yoga poses combined with stretching, breathing exercises with relaxation period at end of class.
Tuesday noon (Wallace Bldg., room 329)
$24/month for 1 time per week

Tai Chi Qi Gong is a Chinese martial art that is primarily practiced for its health benefits, including stress reduction, improved immune function, increase in bone density, strength, and flexibility. Tai Chi is characterized by soft, slow, flowing movements that emphasize force, rather that brute strength.

Zumba - a fuse of latin musical rhythm and moves for a fun workout.  Interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistant training are combined to tone and sculpt while burning calories.

$30/month

All classes are held at Biggers except for Stretch and Strengthen. Just show up, no pre-registration needed. Pay ahead or pay by the class. Drop-ins are $8.
